Ethics, integrity and transparency are fundamental values for Motrice.
Ethics, integrity and transparency are fundamental values for Motrice. For this, an Anti-bribery
and Compliance Management System was implemented, based on the best current practices for
the prevention, detection and remediation of deviations, which must be accepted and respected
not only by Motrice and its body of employees, but also by any partner of business. Therefore,
in any relationship, the precepts of our Management Policy and our Code of Ethics are presented
and aligned.
The Management System follows the ISO (International Organization for Standardization) 19600
and ISO 37001 Standards, ensuring that an integral and transparent operation is established, in
compliance with the laws of each location and internal regulations.
Since 2019, Motrice's Anti-bribery and Compliance Management System has been certified. This
recognition proves, through an external audit carried out by the Certifying Body, Rina, that the
company guarantees the effectiveness and concrete application of the Policies, Code of Ethics
and several defined procedures, and combats any attempt at corruption and disrespect for
society. Motrice is one of the first companies in the renewable energy sector to obtain this
Certification.
Motrice also provides an outsourced and independent Ethics Channel so that anyone, whether
employee, third party, community or other interested party, can report any doubts, suspicions
or even findings of deviations or non-compliance with our Policy and Code of Ethics, in an
identified manner or anonymous.
